Kayla is a plant-loving cat lady from Arizona, currently residing in Brooklyn. She currently works for Trade as part of their QC and CX teams. Kayla’s work on the QC team allows her to utilize her palate in order to calibrate different roasters with one another, helping customers navigate and explore new roasters and coffees with ease. Kayla loves being in coffee because there's always something new to learn and a new friend to meet.
