Sarah Rice Scott is a roaster and wholesale educator for Small Planes Coffee in Washington DC. She's been in coffee since 2014; before that she was a librarian and archivist. She also sews and makes custom aprons via her micro biz, Reference Supply. She has the world's best dog and cat. She loves bikes, canoes, and backpacking. Her first soccer team in the third grade was called the Waxhaw Jammers (it was the early 90s). She is a cheez-it enthusiast.
