Hi, my passion for coffee started as I started working here at Van Dyke Coffee Roasters three years ago. Before I started working in the specialty coffee industry, I liked coffee, but I did not think about what is in the cup; all the hard-work of the green bean manufacturers, roasters to baristas. As the specialty coffee industry grows, I will keep pursuing the best quality pour in the cup of coffee. I am so excited to see all the quality baristas in Boston, talking, sharing and competing about the specialty coffee that we all love.
