I am moving into my 4th year working in coffee and 1.5 years of roasting. Fascinated by the process of bringing green coffee to its full potential through roasting and working closer with farmers, I have never looked back. Before I found my way to Voltage Coffee Project, I was studying to become an audio engineer in Nashville, TN. When I’m not working you’ll find me cooking a new recipe or listening to a podcast about psychology or something absolutely random like drinking habits in Mesopotamian culture.
