She currently works for Mercon Specialty, helping roasters find their perfect coffees or chatting about what the coffee market is doing. She is a big believer that solid information is vital for roasters to make the best decisions for their company. When she is not talking coffee, you'll probably find her at her local CrossFit box working out or taking yoga classes.
