Amanda has been working in coffee for eleven years, eight of which were focused in QC. She is a licensed Q grader and World Brewer's Cup sensory judge and long time member of the US Brewer's Cup Judge Committee.
When not tasting or writing about coffee she makes drawings, works in her gardens, and explores the beach and woods with her children and partner.
