Jeremy is the founder of Blossom Coffee Inc., a coffee engineering firm with the goal to invent technologies that make good coffee more accessible. Over the course of his 10+ year career in coffee, Jeremy has lead the development of the Fellow Ode Brew Grinder, Prismo, and Shimmy Coffee Sieve, as well as the Blue Bottle Dripper, the Ninja Hot and Cold Brewer, and the Blossom One Brewer. He is named on 8 patents. Jeremy believes good coffee has the chance to improve the lives of people all throughout the value chain--from farmers to roasters to the end customer drinking the delicious results.
