Epiphany Coffee Company
Austin started his specialty coffee career as a journeyman roaster for Dunn Brothers in 2016 within the Minneapolis area. Shortly after he was hired to join Bootstrap Coffee Roasters as a production and outreach associate. He competed in the Cup Tasters competition in U.S. Coffee Champs 2018. In 2019, he also judged in the U.S. Coffee Champs Brewer's Cup competition. His current endeavor in Boise, Idaho is creating and establishing Epiphany Coffee Company. A coffee company that is centralized around education, inclusion and building Boise's young coffee scene.
