Lee has been working in the specialty coffee industry since 2010, after his hobbies of home roasting and pour-over coffee acquired while in grad school led to his first full time coffee job in Louisville, KY. His professional background is in roasting, wholesale coffee and equipment sales, and barista training. Lee has been with Nashville based Good Citizen Coffee Co. since its beginning in 2018. At GCCo, he serves as Senior Technical Trainer providing training and education support for wholesale partners. When he is not working to make sure the coffee is as tasty as it can be for Good Citizen's accounts, he enjoys time spent hiking and adventuring with his wife Emily and their two daughters.
