Hi, my name is Sharon Fung. I was born in Hong Kong and have been living in San Jose, California. I have been in the coffee industry for over 10 years and have had many different roles, from Barista to Cafe Manager, Roaster, Production, Quality Assurance, and Production & Project Manager. I have also consulted for a company with their barrel aged coffee program. I have been a certified Q grader for the past couple years and went through the training program by Trish Rothgeb. In the past, I have judged some local latte art throw downs, CIG Orange County 2020 and participated as a judge for the most recent ACE Tanzania PCA 2022.
In my journey, I found love in two rewarding and ever evolving fields - coffee & alcohol!
