U.S. CUP TASTERS competition

Fast and fun, the U.S. Cup Tasters Competition challenges competitors to test their sensory skills by discerning taste differences in a “triangulation.” Tasters receive sets of three cups where two cups are identical and one is different. Competitors are challenged to taste, smell, recall, and choose the unique cup in each triangulation. The Competitor will have 8 minutes to taste and identify the odd cups in 8 triangulations! The person with the most correct answers in the shortest amount of time wins!

For the 2025 Season, USCTC will solely take place as a National Championship; there will be no Regional Qualifying Competitions. For the National Event USCTC will be fully open registration.

Dates and location for the National Championship have not been determined as of yet, however, this event will likely take place in early 2025. More information coming soon!

U.S Cup tasters VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

The US Cup Tasters Competition could not be facilitated without the dedicated on-site support of its Stage Manager and Brew Crew. Joining the ranks of either group can be intimidating for a first timer, however, there is so much value and opportunity for professional development that can come from your dedicated participation.
