2026 U.S. COFFEE IN GOOD SPIRITS CHAMPIONSHIPS - Seattle, WA

The U.S. Coffee in Good Spirits Championship (USCIGS) celebrates the art of combining coffee and spirits. Competitors are challenged to showcase their mixology skills, balancing flavor, technique, and presentation to craft beverages where coffee and spirits come together perfectly.

This year, the championship is coming to Seattle, Washington, February 5–8, bringing together coffee professionals and enthusiasts from across the country for four days of intense competition, community, and inspiration.

There are 16 competitor spots in total, this year, we are reserving 6 spots for 2024 and 2026 top 6 champions. These spots are first come first, first served. 2024-2025 Top 6 Competitors must DM @uscoffeechamps or email uscc@roastronix.com to receive the registration code.

Registration for 2024-2025 Top 6 competitors, competitors, judges, and volunteers open Friday, January 2.

The US Coffee in Goods Spirits Competition is led and overseen by the USCIGS Committee. This dedicated group of volunteers, with the help of our regional communities and partners, work year round to organize, produce, and facilitate the competition. This competition could not happen without the dedicated support of our communities.

With diverse backgrounds and skillsets inside and outside of competition we are always looking to further diversify the constituents of this committee to better reflect the totality of the USCIGS. U.S CIGS cup JUDGE + VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

The US CIGS Competition could not be facilitated without the dedicated on-site support of it’s Judges and Volunteers. Joining the ranks of either group can be intimidating for a first timer, however, there is so much value and opportunity for professional development that can come from your dedicated participation.

There is no pre-requisite for signing up to Judge. Judges will be approved to judge after passing the Calibration Workshop that takes place the day before the start of Competition.
