Brooke Wolfe began working in coffee in 2017, first working for a chain before moving onto local specialty shops in Nashville, TN. Most recently she is working at Elixr’s Nashville location. Brooke has spent the last five years striving to increase her understanding of coffee and flavor. Her attention to detail and passion for her craft has inspired many others around her. While Brooke is driven constantly to expand her own skills as a coffee professional, she is perhaps most passionate about sharing what she has learned with others. As a coffee trainer, Brooke’s desire to help other people succeed in the industry is at the forefront of everything she does. Through competing she hopes to inspire other baristas in the same way that she has been inspired by past competitors, such as her coach Veronica Grimm.
