Daniel is a life-long barista, working behind bar wherever life has taken him. Since moving to Middlebury, Vermont for school he started Iluminar Coffee after participating in Brewers Cup Qualifiers in 2019. Most recently, with his partner Grace Futral they have acquired another Vermont roaster, Bud's Beans in 2022.
