Elisabeth is a cafe manager at Dayglow coffee in Los Angeles. She's been in the coffee game since 2010, where she started in the Seattle coffee scene. She's no stranger to competition and this is her 4th season competing in USBC. She's proud of her accomplishments as an educator and competitor, but most proud to be a mother to her 7-year-old daughter.
