Thomas works nationally and internationally with companies like Keurig Dr Pepper, Balzac Brothers, Ally, HWC (Taiwan), Bluekoff (Thailand), as well as with individuals and smaller operations in the US, Colombia, Thailand, Haiti, and more.
In the past, Thomas has participated as judge in Brewers Cup and Coffee In Good Spirits. He has been Lead Instructor at Barista Camps in Greece and Taiwan, Access in San Diego, SCA Expo and Roaster Guild Retreats in the US.
Thomas loves the community of coffee and works to bring education and laughter to the community.
