Hi all - I'm Chris Casassa. I am an Account Manager for Catalyst Trade. At Catalyst we focus on sustainable, ethical, and traceable coffee from Ethiopia. I've spent over ten years working in specialty coffee. The majority of that time spent working in the training and QC departments at both Heart and Ritual Coffee. I try to keep myself informed about every aspect of the supply chain, but more often than not, I'm prattling on about some technical aspect of brewing. I haven't competed since 2014 and I'm very excited to be back. When I'm not talking about coffee - you'll find me cooking, enjoying natural wine, skateboarding, and playing D&D.
