I started working in the coffee industry as a barista in 2008. I have worked at Speckled Ax since February 2013 and have been roasting since 2015. I never imagined that coffee would be come a career, nor did I imagine the trajectory this career would take. I'm grateful for all of the experiences and friendships that have developed along the way. Qualifying for this event was a major achievement and I'm looking forward to finally getting the chance to compete!
