Jillion Potter is an Olympian – former Captain of the 2016 USA Olympic women’s rugby sevens team, coffee roaster, mother and working professional. After retiring from competition, Jillion devoted her time learning, brewing & roasting coffee. Her wife and son recently moved to Indianapolis, IN where Jillion leads her own coffee roastery. Jillion's aspires to be constantly learning, trying and adventuring with coffee, and is excited to compete in Brewers Cup for the first time.
