Archetype Coffee
My name is Isaiah Sheese. I own Archetype Coffee in Omaha, Nebraska. The first barista competition I competed in was the South Central Regional back in 2009 in Austin, Texas. It was at that competition where I got bitten by the competition bug. Since then, I have judged and competed in 8 National Competitions placing as high as 5th last year. When I'm not competing and making coffee I enjoy traveling, rock climbing, and taking long walks on the beach at night...it's a shame there are no rocks nor beaches in Nebraska.
