Lee has been working in specialty coffee since 2010. His professional background is in cafe consulting, menu development, roasting, coffee and equipment sales, and barista training. Lee has been with Nashville-based Good Citizen Coffee Co. since its beginning in 2018. At GCCo, he serves as Senior Technical Trainer providing educational support and quality control for wholesale partners. When he is not working to make sure the coffee is as tasty as it can be for Good Citizen's accounts, he enjoys hanging out with his wife Emily and their two daughters.
