The SCA has made important changes to Entry Requirements to the Specialty Coffee Expo this fall. The organization continues to monitor the changing COVID-19 situation and the Delta Variant closely and has updated Entry Requirements and Safety Protocols for Expo, with guidance from state and local health authorities, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization.

Will you be joining us at Expo? Please take a minute to read our updated entry policy for all 2021 Specialty Coffee Expo exhibitors and attendees:

(1) Advanced Registration Only: All visitors must register online in advance. Ticket holders will collect their Expo badges on site at the venue. Please note that the venue is cash free and only electronic payments will be accepted at Expo.

(2) Negative Tests Required: All attendees—including those who are fully vaccinated—must present a negative PCR COVID-19 test valid within 72 hours of badge pick up to enter the venue.  Please see the City of New Orleans COVID-19 website to find a list of approved testing sites: https://ready.nola.gov/incident/coronavirus/testing/

(3) Masks Required: In accordance with the City of New Orleans COVID-19 guidelines, masks are required for the duration of the time inside the venue. You may remove your mask when drinking or eating, but please be sure to keep your mask on before and after consumption

USCC staff has worked closely with the SCA to provide a list of Frequently Asked Questions, including specific FAQs related to Competitions, to include on the Expo website.
