I have been in love with coffee "alchemy”, as I like to call it, for over seven years. Ever since I moved to the US from Czech Republic in 2015 and found my new home in Denver, CO this wonderful world has opened up to me even more with the help from my friends and family at Novo Coffee. I have been with Novo for the past four years and I am grateful for their support and encouragement in pursuing my coffee knowledge and training. I love to brighten up my customers' day every time I see them and I am excited to share amazing taste and the physics and chemistry behind it!
