Hello, I was born and raised in the PNW. I love traveling the world and spending time outdoors with my wife. In my garage I fell in love with roasting coffee 5 years ago. In 2018 Seidy and I took our passion for coffee and we opened our first café, The Coffee Lab. The very next year in 2019 we entered and competed in the Golden Bean North America coffee roasting competition. That year we took gold for best espresso. In 2020 we launched our wildly successful coffee subscription program. In April 2021 we opened our second location, The Gastro Cafe. Located at the new and vibrant Vancouver WA Waterfront.
