People call me "Dave". Koffee Row is an online brand that promotes specialty coffee nationally as well as in Pittsburgh, PA area. My specialty is sensory, extraction theory and outside the box business strategies. To me, second to good flavors is latte art and entering the USLAC is a personal challenge of mine to bring my latte art skills to the next level.
