Alexandra Hager is the Beverage R&D Specialist for US locations of the Korean Bakery Franchise Tous Les Jours. She started her journey in coffee over 15 years ago in Seattle, before going on to get a Master’s degree in Korean Language. Alex spent time working in the cinema industry in Korea before returning to the United States to bring her creative passion for food, drinks, and exceptional hospitality to her current role. When not developing fun seasonal drinks or sharing her love for coffee and customer service through in-house training and education sessions, Alex can often be found outdoors, finding new challenges to tackle and exploring national parks and forests by bike, ski, and on foot.
