My name is Ryan Sullivan and I am the Director of Coffee Operations at Mostra Coffee in San Diego, California. I have been in the coffee industry for around a decade and love everything about coffee. Some of my favorite things to do at Mostra include green coffee buying with our production team, cupping with our staff, as well as fixing odds n ends around the shops. When not working (which I do a lot of) I am an avid bourbon collector and dog lover. I would rescue more dogs if I could but I guess I am maxed out at 5. Not sure that's enough but what can I do about it... Wish me luck at the USCTC.
